On 6/8/23 Bought used car, used my trade-in. 2 days later was told by Ken Garff ******* my Bank called them & demanded higher APR, so rtn to dealership,& sign "new" contract. My Bank stated they NEVER made that call to dealership demanding higher ********** new contract. This is my second Lexus purchased. I'm very pleased with the deal I made, and love my new car! Sales Person ******************* was very nice and not a pressure sales person! Finance Manager interface is always hectic and pressuring, but it went as well as it could, and I feel I was treated fairly and respectfully.
