I was buying a new car. 2 1/2 hours on Sunday and then when I went to purchase it on Monday another 3 1/2 hours! Now I need to go back on Tuesday to collect the car and be trained and how to use it. Everyone was very nice And helpful. However, this amount of time just to purchase a car, when I am paying all cash, is really unacceptable. I could maybe understand it if they had to do a full credit rating and establish finance. But for a cash purchase This is far too much of my time , that is valuable to me. The service department is well run. I appreciate loaner cars being available and the car wash is always appreciated. The service advisors keep me informed throughout the service if needed and the follow up regarding the condition of brake pads, tires, etc is helpful.
Great customer service! Advisor *********************** was very professional, helpful & kind. Its really appreciated that customer service is still a priority. The waiting area was clean & reasonable space.
