I went to this dealership today. ****** was the salesman, I have to say he was very patient and kind as I had a thousand questions as a first time buyer. But he answered all! I will say he allowed me to take my time and make the best decision for myself, which allowed me to pick the best vehicle for me with no added pressure :)
****** was awesome! Very personable, and knowledgeable about not only the cars available, but also about the buying experience as a whole.
They pass illegal inspections and when questioned about it the service advisor Andrew T******* gets defensive and threatens my wife he is now not going to cover a warranty that was in fact covered and she had appointment for! Absolutely ridiculous. Management hides behind their office doors and will not talk to you face to face. Do not go here. Attitudes suck, service especially. They are clueless.
Can't even begin to explain how amazing my experience and the help from ******* was. From the start he was patient and helpful, which is something I love about the Suntoyota staff. He went above and beyond to get us a great deal on a Grand Higlander we've been wanting for so long. I'm more than happy with everything!
This is one of a kind family owned dealership where you are treated with dignity and respect oh and the staff is uncommonly excellent, they take the time to explain you what they are charging you for so you realize the value of those features. Im so happy with my new Grand Highlander! My daughter was crying at first that we were getting rid of my old Highlander but minutes of being in the new one she loved it ??. ******* was so helpful and amazing for helping us get such a great deal! We loved this experience.
I bought my Lexus there a couple years ago and I didn't notice until now that there were dents all over the hood. They never disclosed that I had clear covering over my hood to protect it and I just realized that I had those all over the hood. And I paid all that money for that clear covering. I went for a service and when I received the vehicle afterwards , there was a deep scratch on it like they hit something. I know where my car is parked and inspect it every time since it is practically new. I do kot use this vehicle too much since I have my older car to commute. However, I called them out on the scratch and they said it was already there when I arrived. I seriously doubt it. They showed me pictures of it being there when I arrived which are very vague.
