First off let me just say that I have to give a great thanks to *********** ******* and ***** ******. Not only very informative but also very patient with me. The staff was very welcoming . I love my 2025 RAV4. I would definitely recommend Sun Toyota every one I know .
I brought my Tundra in for an oil change and tire rotation. I drove off after paying for the service and see my chrome piece by the hood flapping in the wind. I took it back and **** the service manager said look at the video. In the video you can see the tech close the hood and the chrome piece come out. The service manager said it was the truck and not the techs fault. I was livid. They will not replace a part that they clearly broke. DO NOT GO there.
Were sooo happy with our new car!! My and my boyfriend got the car we were looking for for so long!! ******* was very nice and also the manager that helped us!!
We have been LOOKING all around for a specific Alfa ***** for us and our kids. Finally found one and ******* was not only helpful but honest and very professional from start to finish. They have a very good dealership with amazing staff. Were very happy with our new car!
Jason went above and beyond while trying to help me purchase a new vehicle. He was not pushy. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and searched and searched until he found a vehicle that met my criteria. He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. I spent over 5 hours at the dealership test driving multiple vehicles that met my criteria. Sadly, we were not able to find a vehicle that met requirements/ budge
Im deaf and Toyota refuses to service my car or answer my questions. But they will take your money. As deaf, I am surrendering my entire consent to service department to s**** me over each time I service my car and they refuse to communicate with a an ASL interpreter. They said they will only address the issue over a vocal-hearing phone. Basically, if your are deaf, you will be discriminated against and violated finically in buying a car at this dealership. Our sales rep was alexis. and he made the experience super easy and enjoyable. He was really knowledgeable on the cars anf answered all our questions with honesty. He was also HILARIOUS so it made the time go by fast.
