I have been a ****** customer for 6 years. For my basic maintenance I go through ****** directly. I purchase the ************** package that includes 3 oil changes, tire rotation, and car wash. *********** does not offer the car washing service, plenty of other dealerships do. Recently I had been under the impression that were also not rotating my tires because in a years time I had to purchase 2 front tires. ***** and ***** were amazing, they went above and beyond providing excellent customer service! Very cordial and attentive to our needs, they fixed our vehicle and also made it right when there was a very minor scratch on my door. They owned up to the minor issue and again they were amazing, I will be going back, they have a loyal customer for life!

I had my oil changed done. They either strip the bolt or didnt s**** it completely and i drove around with low oil. The oil was dripping on the bottom of the car
Serviced car even though that for appointment. Minor service completed within the hour!!
Waited over 3 hours for an oil change. Ridiculous. Never have my oil filter available even tho I call parts directly a day before to order it.
