They were great and efficient when it came to getting my car maintenance. ****** was very great at explaining the services.
Bought a 2022 F350 from them. We agreed to a price and then later after looking through my paperwork I noticed they charged me $4000 over the price we agreed on. I didnt notice at signing because we added the extended warranty which is a joke as well. Ive been trying to get ahold of them for a couple months now but every time I get a voicemail and no return call. Great service. **** was professional and personable, and never tried to sell me something I didnt need. The mechanics had my car done quickly. It was perfectly clean and ready for pickup when I arrived. All of the staff were great!
I usually go to the ************** location, I said, hummm I think I'll try ***********... I must say I was very pleased with the service department, as well as ************, my service rep for the day. By golly, I think I might have a new service home! I appreciate the attention to detail provided to me by the service department at *****************************. Recently I encountered a complex warranty issue with my CPO Lexus vehicle. The matter was resolved quickly but what impressed me most about this service department was the dedicated professionalism, patience, and continual communication throughout the warranty process. Hats off and thank you to Service Manager ************** and Service Consultant ************** for a job well done.
