My husband and I drove 1.5 hours only to find out salesman ****** flat out lied to us about having 2 of the cars we were looking for onsite. Neither of the models we wanted were there and all they could do is offer us a lower trim model but was $10k more than the one we wanted. What a scam! Buyer beware!!
****** answered every question I had, and he fought hard for me to get the deal I wanted. He even stayed pass closing time to get me and my new car situated and made sure I had everything I wanted!
So yeah, we couldnt get the car both mine and my wifes credit came up short but Ricardo handled it like a champ. He stayed cool, ran us through the options, explained how a cosigner would flip things, and even offered to ping a few lenders to see who might bite. He shot us a simple checklist of what wed need and followed up with a message laying it all out. Left without a car but not crushed more like ready to find a cosigner and try again. Ricardo made the whole mess way less stressful.
