My husband and I was over at Walzer Toyota in Bloomington, Mn over the weekend. The salesman that was assigned to help us was very disrespectful toward my husband. He approached us (me) basically. He said hi to me, shook my hands and neglected to shake hands with my husband let alone say hi to my husband. Body language and all was toward me as if my husband didn't exist. I drove from ** to MD for nothing.Waisted money time entire day.Before I was on my way I contacted them to make sure car is still available.They said it is.25 min. Prior my arrival they contract me to make sure Im coming.I said Im 25min away traffic was horrible.They said ok np car will be ready for me.Guess what ,when I arrived that idiot ***** who I was spoke entire time with him,saw me at the door and told me that car was sold ***************************************************** the face.What king of BS game are playing.... read more

Spent over three hours at this dealership looking at a used vehicle. After the test drive, we were told our credit had already been runwithout being informed of the final price or giving signed consent. When we raised concerns, we were warned that backing out could hurt our credit, which felt coercive and inappropriate.The manager was dismissive, simply stating that the internet price is final and suggesting we look elsewhere. Bought used car in May 2025, recd title with incorrect mileage, was told by accounting to send it back to dealer and they would get it corrected, after three months of being lied to, was told dmv has paperwork, which they do not have since I called dmv directly, am also being ignored, called several times and left voice messages, still no calls from ** ******* ******** or any other representative from Goldsboro Toyota, youd think after a customer spends a lot of money with them theyd correct their mistakes, guess not, also w... read more
