This is a high-pressure sales outfit. They tried to clip me for a "diagnostic fee" on a warranty repair. I avoid even driving past this place unless I have to, and when I do, I keep one hand on my billfold.
Minutes after getting ********************** the tire pressure alarm came on. Turns out that the technician overinflated them by clear miles (upper 30s psi) while putting the normal pressure on the report (33 psi). I lost all the trust.
I called to get my scheduled maintenance performed andwas told valet service that picks up and drops off your car wasnt available until November because the person in charge of it was on vacation. So for now you must drop your car off and they request an Uber for you to take you home and back to the dealership when your car is ready. Actual service and service time was stellar. This is a 3 star review only because the valet service wasnt available and its ridiculous it isnt because one person is on vacation.
Very good crevice, kind and nice advisors. *********** was done within 90 minutes even i didn't book an appointment. I love the fact that they let me know in advance what my car will be needing for future repairs. That gives me time to plan ahead.
Friendly staff and timely efficient. We always get our cars back better then we drop them off. Clean with no smoke scent.
