Left me hanging after I checked in my car and three hours later I finally found a person to allow me to pay and leave and then I wait 20 more minutes to locate my car and this is for a simple battery replacement
Great service really nice people they are very efficient in their work they get things done in a timely manner over all really satisfied with my service I would highly recommend to other people for sure and I will be coming back in the future for another vehicle perhaps!

Courteous professional service reps, nice waiting area, but very questionable tech quality control. My trust of this place went very low today. Took my car in for an ***************** that includes an inspection report. The inspection report stated that my battery was good/green yet the battery is very visibly oozing a lot of blue corrosion around the terminal. To miss that would have meant they never opened the hood. Now I wonder if they even changed my oil.

Went in for tire rotation I pre paid for gave me a hard time after asking them to please take care of my rims, I marked tires and sure enough they did not rotate tires but stated verbally and thru invoice they completed it, also left oil dripping from every panel,fender hood and doors intentionally, big hand prints in oil all over the vehicle, no manager was in when I went to pick up vehicle and have called several times with no luck of getting in to... read more
****** WAS OUTSTANDING!PATIENT WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS; NON-CONDISENDING.THERE WAS A SMILE IN HIS VOICE EVEN WHEN HE WAS INTERRUPTED BY ONE OF MY MULTIPLE QUERIES.HE APPEARED TO BE VERY THOROUGH IN THE PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTES, AND KEEPING ME INFORMED.
