I had a great experience with Roi my sales consultant and both ******* and ***** the sales manager. All of them listened to what I was saying and worked with me on an agreeable price. Unfortunately, at the end of my transaction, the financial agent in charge of finishing my purchase, tried to bully me into purchasing additional warranties. After repeatedly telling him no he persisted. Only after asking if I needed to speak to his manager and threatening to end the transaction did he stop badgering me.
