Toyota work on my car without my approval, charged me $1300 for services before I approved, I waited over 3 hrs ,I went in for oil change n look at my filters, no one told me they have me new battery n changed my fluids, without first asking me, n kept pushing for new tires, which they said I don't need, as I was leaving. I received a bill for over $1300, for items I didn't approve I'm 83 had been there for 3 hrs n couldn't wait to get out of there I called Toyota headquarters 2xs file complaint, no one would. Help

I purchased a vehicle here recently and while there were some positive aspects, the overall experience left me disappointed. On the positive side, the staff stayed several hours past closing to finalize my purchase and even offered food while we waited. The vehicle itself is in very good condition, which is why I agreed to pay what was the highest price Ive seen for a used Sienna.Unfortunately, the negatives were much more significant.
