False advertising - I would give neg star if I could. They list cars on their website for sale, but then when you want the car, they say it's not for sale because they have deemed it unsafe and they are sending it to auction. I asked why they would list cars as For Sale if they have not been rated as safe? They said because they are not mechanics and have no way to know if a car that has been brought in for a trade in is safe until it has been inspected. OK....then don't list it as for sale if it hasn't been inspected!
I brought my car here for a back brakes and they took 45 minutes then I brought it there a couple weeks later for an oil change and a tire rotation and it took the kid 3 hours and when he put my car off the lift and backed it up to bring it out to me it was leaking oil so then he had to pull it back in and put the plug back in apparently I don't even know how much oil is in my car now that leaked out or not there's oil all over the hood of my car like his fingerprints were on it smudged and stuff all over my handle of my car... read more
Toyota Heritage Catonsville sells tire warranties with purchased vehicles. However they Failed to honor the tire warranty. The manager and service advisor were very dismissive and refused to show integrity and provide quality service.

When I first arrived my sales person alexis was very patient and respectful. In our short time together he proved that he was trustworthy and competent about the process. He was one of the main reasons I purchased the vehicle.
They are the biggest con artists who only make commission from lying to their customers collaboratively, protecting the general manager who runs the whole Ponzi scheme, refuses to honor the warranties that you pay for on your brand new vehicles, allows your car to be worked on by mechanics who don't know what they're doing and will still pretend that they did so much work on your vehicle when in actuality they're stealing their parts back and replacing yours with refurbished ones.
