They always take good care of me at the ******** dealership!
Good service and they did a decent job with servicing the car. Communication was good throughout the power outage they had and unfortunately had to keep my car for 3 days. They did get me a rental car which was nice, but I wish they had more loaners for customers as thats what I expect from them every time I go for servicing. I hope the ownership doesnt change again as it has in the past several times and they can offer car loaners as before would make them perfect 5 stars !
A friendly, helpful and informative Dealer sales force. Looked at many cars and dealerships and definitely have high praise for these guys in ********************. It is hard for me to go to other ones even if I might want a competing brand.
Great service. They went above and beyond. I had an aftermarket device I wanted to be installed under the hood. They did it quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. It was greatly appreciated.
This is a very pleasant dealership and they've been very accommodating. Car was ready on time and it's running fantastic. I love my Lexus and I always feel well taken care of at the dealership.
The people are nice enough but their prices are silly. My vehicle was in for service and they found a problem to be covered under warranty but they didn’t have a loaner vehicle for me. They want to charge a premium price but not have premium service experience. Another time I had the same Lexus in for service, it had about 25k miles on it and had a suspension squeak while still under warranty. The solution they told me was to drive slower. So smooth and everything went well. Very nice lobby clean and relaxing wait. The car was washe everyone was so helpful I’m glad I bought a Lexus. Love my car.
