Our salesman, **** **********, was outstanding. Verry attentive and responsive! He knew I was busy with limited time and got straight to the deal we needed to make a decision. Highly recommend **** to anyone looking for a vehicle.
****** did a great job helping us purchase our 2nd Toyota! ****** was very knowledgeable in answering my questions as too this was only our 1st time purchasing a used certified vehicle from Toyota! He was very fast in getting us approved and we left happy with the exact vehicle we wanted!!
**** was my sales representative and was excellent to deal with. He was honest and straightforward and promptly fixed or answered anything I asked. I appreciate people who take their job seriously and take pride in providing exceptional customer service and **** does that.
Went to the finance department at their used car lot to simply get copies of the sales contract since mine have been lost. They came up with excuses but found my name in the computer and said they would have to get it mailed from group1auto in ***** and then call me. I have not reviewed a call back and it has been weeks. Found out, they can just print it off their computer right there in the finance department. I can't believe that man lied to me. Never had a dealership been so shady.

7/26/2025 afternoon I was told the car was sold to another customer after I SIGNED THE CONTRACT of buying a RAV4 magnetic gray in DCH freehold toyota dealership!! we spent 5 hours for the trip to the dealer and got nothing but being scammed. watch out!!My friend and I brought the quote from ********************* to the dealer before 2pm. the agent honored the price without any question. So I have been waiting to send this review out for years and decided to finally write this review. Me and my wife bought a brand new RAV4 , while the two of us went through with the process the salesman at first was very nice , but it turned extremely odd once we were approved. The salesman tells me and my wife about how he spilled hot coffee on his crotch and burned his P…$! This place is no good. I called about a car a couple weeks ago and they took so long to get back with me and then told me it was sold. Then today the same car is back on their website and Auto Trader. When we inquired again, they said it just sold. I know it's the same vehicle because I have pictures on my phone. Exact same stickers and everything. Don't trust this delearship.
My recent experience with Toyota South Atlanta was the absolute worst. I brought my ************** to be assessed & repaired due to a water leak inside the cab, my passenger side step rail, & replace my stabilizer bushings. ******* *****, did a horrible job keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle & parts required for repairs, no updates or access to my vehicle for more than 2 weeks.
