Excellent service , Everyone was very helpful and courteous , **** explained very thoroughly the issues needs to be fix on my car.
The service at Hamer has always been good for us.
My appointment was 2pm and I show up at ****pm. Was asked to wait in the car for the Service Consultant. I thought it will be a quick one since I am the only car there. Waited for 15 mins Bo one show up, so I talked to the people there and they tell soon. Another 10 mins passed, I finally decided to go into the office to talk to someone, ******. Great Service. They follow up and fix what is required. That's why I keep going there.
I got ****** miles on my Mirai and ******************* was fantastic. The problem is that take several hours to get the service done, because they dont have many certify mechanics that can work on my car.Also I have a Toyota dealer near my home, but they dont service Mirai cars and Hammer Toyota only pay *********** one way!!! *** I bought the car from them nobody explained all this inconvenience.
My visit to Hamer Toyota service center was absolutely great. ********************** is ***** professional, and did not try to upsell me at all. I will continue to go there for the rest of my Toyota automobiles life.
The worse service experience. I was at ********** toyota for 5 hours for service. 4 hours for service and 1 hour for an adjustment , according to the representative.
Very poor appointment culture there is no structural on appointments. I had an appointment at 8:15 and I was seen at 9am. The appointment should have a different line. I was talking to a few other clients and they all said they had an 815 appointment how is it that there was all these appointments at the same time. Also my advisor was not very commutative on my check engine light I had to ask why it was still on.
