Service department performed unneccesary work and overcharged for it as well. They knew the resolution of a problem and instead of resolving issue went ahead with expensive diagnostic tests.

Worst overall customer service experience I've ever had with any type of business. Was told my vehicle delivery would take 1-2 days and on the 3rd day after I went in to get an update, I was told I'd get a phone call. I got one later that day saying that the used car I bought was getting service work done "because it has to be safe first" which raised red flags. I asked why that info wasn't disclosed at first and told they had not checked the vehicle before I purchased it so then I asked why they didn't contact me to update ... read more

The vehicle was not ready for purchase and needed to have a smog and safety completed. There was a delay in the safety that had not been communicated to the customer. After reading the YELP review, Johnny the General Sales Manager spoke with the customer and reduced the price by $2000 and stated that the customer was happy. **Would not recommend at all. I purchased my car a year and a half ago from ***** Toyota (I urgently needed a car after moving to the area and needed it for my employment) and have had disappointing service each time that I visited (5+ times). Wow! What a terrible sales and service department. I don't normally write reviews but this is just so outstanding bad I am compelled to tell you not to use this dealership. I am a long time customer of Toyota and I think they make some of the best vehicles so I rarely go to a dealership for anything. When my girlfriend purchased her brand new RAV4 last December, it was dark and the interior is black so she didn't notice a small tear in the driver's seat.
