Hall Honda and Maurice Forbes are amazing to work with. Maurice was checking on my purchase of my last car FROM HIM. 2 years ago. I was ready to trade this car in, it just wasn't a good fit. I came in, he found me something I adore and I am driving something I look forward getting into everyday! After getting new car insurance and a warranty- I am not spending much more BUT the peace of mind is worth it. 2 cars from the same dealership and same person. Even the finance team is amazing. I didn't feel pressured at all.
Took my car to get inspected yesterday and an oil change. Got a text saying car was ready and I owed for the oil change. NO PHONE CALL. Go to pick the car AND MY CAR HAS FAILED THE INSPECTION and now they are closed. I will NEVER bring my car back here again. hoing to Checkered Flag from now on where the service department will still be open.
Hall Honda has one of the best sales team and manager! i heard the sales team talk about how their GM rewards them whenever they reach their goal, makes the whole environment lively! I've purchursed a Civic LX for my staff, a first time buyer, the price was very reasonable and sustainable for someone her age. 2 weeks later, I've purchased the Type R. to be honest, the market adjustment price was a little too high, but the GM was willing to work with me and come to a compromise! only went to get service on my car and ended up driving away in a new car. When I tell you this experience was awesome. I worked with Damecha Delaney and she really took care of me. I brought my previous car from Hall Honda and while I loved my car, the car buying experience was the worst. Well Damecha completely changed my mind on that. Hall Honda was hands down the best place I’ve purchased a car. From Karl helping me out with the test drive, paperwork, and all around fantastic experience. I walked in wanting to look at a used Pilot because our family is growing. They let me take one home to test drive it overnight. I didn’t feel the one we took home was the right one, and Karl didn’t bug or pry as yo why. He just showed us the next one, which ended up being the one.
