On the sales end it was a complete nightmare. lack of communication, compassion, knowledge, didn’t care to make sure customer was happy, did the absolute bare minimum. Managers were agitated/huffing & puffing because of situation. No follow through what so ever, you have to chase them. over charged, double charged, took advantage, once the car is bought they don’t care about you, but claim they do. Lots of false promises. Multiple calls and messages left this morning regarding tire warranty after having one of them blow out on the highway. Had to pay another Honda dealership over $250 for a new tire. Still haven’t even received a call back.
The service people are always professional, personable, and courteous.

Test drove many cars at many different dealers. Hall Honda was the by far the most pleasant, most honest and forthright. I love the car and am more than happy with their entire process. The sales manager John was genuine and the salesperson Amanda knew every detail about the car. Even the finance officer was trying to get me the best rate as absolutely possible. I just purchased my very first car in my name from Karl Collins at Hall Honda. Karl was great! I told him what I wanted and didn’t want a few days before actually meeting with him. I showed up to my appointment and he was waiting for me with a vehicle for me to look at. He was able to put me in a certified new 2017 Honda Civic with my monthly payments in the range that I asked for! And, he didn’t stop there! Shareena was my sales person and was awesome!! The staff and service department are always on top of things. I would go back and by a third car from them, they're like family.
Rafael has a very patient and long suffering attitude. Rafael went to hell and back for me so I could get my car. Rafael MUST in my opinion be promoted given a bonus and massive raise!!!
