Hall Honda Virgina Beach was the best dealership we ever visted . We do have local honda dealership but we traveled almost 140 miles to get our new honda pilot . From my bestest Sale person ever "Shareena Housey" to General Sales Manager "Matt Kuhlman" and Finance guy "Byron Gray" all were amazing . Honestly, I would give this place a TERRIBLE review if it were not for Nicole Foley. I bought a car a week ago and an hour after purchasing the AC stopped working and the service dept was closed. It was 110 degrees outside and I was furious. When I was able to get it in for service I had Nicole as an advisor and she took SUCH good care of me. She understood where I was coming from, helped me to get a loaner car while mine was being serviced and handled an assortment of odd requests I threw at her. She is literally the BEST s... read more

Tommy was great and tried to expedite the buying experience. I would recommend seeing him. He is very knowledgable of the vehicles.
They're unwillingness to deal. I walked in with $11,000 in cash for down payment and they wouldn't budge on vehicle price, they actually went up by $200
Personally, I'm not so trusting of car dealerships/mechanics/sales people, but Nicole Foley went above and beyond for me at the dealership. She was extremely patient, understanding, and knowledgeable about products. I felt like she was truly trying to help rather than just sell to me. Thanks again, Nicole! I would recommend this dealership if other employees have similar work ethics as her.
