I had the BEST experience with Nicole Foley and Kristin Pardue last week when I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and a technical question I had. Both of them were SO friendly- Kristin was the sweetest and so patient checking my car in, and Nicole was SO knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and professional. She knew my car well and not only knew what the problem was (which I was causing), but also showed me how to prevent it from happening again. I brought a car there in March in the beginning of June my radio started acting up a little and now doesn’t work I was told that I’d have to pay almost 1000 out if pocket to get it fixed felt like I was sold a car that was messed up and know one will do anything never buying from here again

***BUYER BEWARE*** Read! - - - 7 years later I’m realizing how bad Hall Honda screwed me over. I purchased a vehicle insurance package for over $2000. At the time, I paid an extra $200-300 to have the full value of the warranty returned to me if I did not use the warranty. Fast forward from May 2012 to now, I call the servicer of the warranty to see where my money was from the cancelled contract. Turns out that the policy was not written how they promised.
