My husband just picked up his $500 deposit from this place. He spent most of his Sunday off at this dealership making a deal on a used Odyssey. Anyway, a manager called him several hours later to tell him that particular vehicle was already sold earlier! Really?! So instead of picking up said van today, he picked his deposit back up. I couldn’t be more pleased with the folks at this dealership from Karl Collins in Sales to Matt Lamb in Service to Michael Damone in the Shop....all very professional, customer-oriented and thorough. I purchased my 2017 Civic Si here. Also had a full transmission replacement and major engine repairs to my 2006 Civic EX, and it runs better than ever. They’re my go-to team for all things Honda in Hampton Roads. Highly recommended!
