I bought my 2018 Honda Accord hybrid was told I would be getting 47 miles to the gallon have not once gotten that my top mpg has been 39.5 if you want to be lied to about mpg and probably more then go here I will not be buying another Honda after this first and last Honda ever I honestly should have bought a brand new Silverado for what I paid for this car
Kelsey was amazing. I found my dream a car online. She emailed me right back even though it was late at night. The next morning she texted me asking if I wanted to come in for a test drive. Before I agreed I sent a text with a list of my wants and needs . I came to the dealership the next day at 315pm she handled everything. Handled my trade. There was no haggling. I was out of the dealership in my new car by 7pm.

I purchased a car from Hall Honda 2 weeks ago. My intention was to pay cash for the car but after the salesman told me I could get a $1000.00 incentive if I leased. He stated when the first bill came in I could pay the full balance with no penalty. After getting home I looked over my papers to see that the finance manager (Lawrence) had added an acquisition fee of $595. I was never told about the acquisition fee. In for a minor warranty repair, out happy as can be! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ Service all the way! Nicole was on point from check-in to departure, even got me a shuttle while I waited to run some emergency parental errands that came up unexpectedly! Constant updates and great communication! -Chris VB
Great service! Nicole was energetic and a positive presence to be around first thing in the morning. I left my car there thinking I would be picking it up after work at the end of the day but she and the maintenance workers had it back to me just a couple of short hours later. I was able to get it before lunch! She made the process stress free and simple, which is exactly what you need first thing in the morning. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her for my next service date.
Went in for an airbag replacement and state inspection. The appointment was made the day before and it was quick and easy! Matt Lamb went out of his way to help me with repair not even schedule and it made for a 5 star experience that I’ll recommend to anyone. Thanks guys!
