The sales department was heat . But not even two weeks after we purchased the car, it needed a oil change. Brought it in early. The staff member assured us we would be out in a hour possibly less . Well three hours later we are still there waiting . They haven’t updated us on anything . They decided to inform us after my husband went to see what was the hold up . “Oh ten more minutes “ NOPE. !! I bought a brand new car for the first time today. Karl Collins was so helpful from start to finish. He took the time to answer my many questions and show me everything I wanted to see. Once the purchase was complete he sat in the car with me and taught me how to use all of the car’s features even after the dealership was closed. He was very patient with me in the 2 days I was there shopping. I am in love with my car and 100% recommend buying from Hall Honda & Karl Collins!!
