I purchased a brand new Pilot here and had a great experience from start to finish. The salesman was very helpful in showing me all the options/features and offered to have me come back any time if I had questions. I would definitely recommend them (and I have). I am shocked by some of the bad reviews...seems like the competition's employees?

I was misguided by salesman . Update: Last week, I finally be able to get some help from the supervisor or assistant manager, Jae. He was very professional and pleasant about fixing my complaint. They will earn my business back as I'm actually in the market for a new car right now. Ok, so i know nothing about cars. I went to the service department to see what's going on with my AC which actually was fixed and got a new part about 1.5 year ago at the same dealership place. Sad to say that out of the other Honda dealerships I have dealt with, GP Honda was a very disappointment. We wanted to go to GP Honda because it was close to home. My wife and I were on our 7th Honda purchase and we actually walked out on a deal for a new van over $700!!!!! We didn't get a follow up call the next day or anything, I had to make the call!!!! Although I appreciate the children's area where I can keep my toddler contained, it appears that all the batteries are dead on the toys. Nothing works. There is a chalk board but no chalk and the carpet really needs a good washing. Rick was my service guy and he never smiled and just looked at me with a very blank expression. Must be having a bad day or so I hope. Nobody updates you on your wait and boy is there a wait! A oil change shouldn't take over an hour.
I recently bought a 2013 honda coupe and love it! A couple of months ago brought in in for a oil change and tire rotation. Service providers were nice but, they didnt balance my tires so, I need a new set of tires that are going to cost me 189 per tire! Thanks Gwinnett Place Honda for screwing me!
My wife and I went here today and we were there for over 3 hrs negotiating a 2015 Honda Odyssey and after a very long battle they came back and shook our hands and congratulated us on our new van. My wife had signed the papers and they gave us the key and had even taken the van to get it all clean and came back in there and tried to tell me that I needed to pay another $150 a month and needless to say we declined that offer of course.
