Been a loyal customer, but this am was a one of the worst experiences I have had at a service dept. Was told I had to sign up for a $125 fee before the service tech would even look at the airbag light.... i am shocked that GP Honda would penalize customers that have spent $1000s at their shop over the years. Penalizing loyal customers... wow!
Great Place
Wrote a previous "Thank You" review, but don't see it, so here's a condensed rewrite. Thank you to GP Honda for assisting me this morning in removing a mid-sized stray cat that had tucked itself into a corner of my car under the hood. The cat was removed safely and unharmed by the vehicle. I guess the shop has a new pet for Christmas.
The place to buy a Honda. Awesome staff from sales (Joy Idemudia to the GM David Kwon). Excellent experience. Will definitely be back. Thank you guys.
I over paid just a little for the per owned car I wanted but it was the one I wanted and what I agreed to pay. The service department has been awesome when it comes to servicing my car. WARNING though. When I went for the final closing of the deal and financing of course the up sale started. No problem. But I was flat out lied to. Man to man eye to eye and with a hand shake. Along with the certified preowned 100,000 mile warranty they wanted to sell me an additional warranty. I ask why I would need this. I was told straight ... read more
