Thank you for the wonderful service - parts department and to Ronnie Butler. I had a horrible day of car issues, AAA assistance issues etc. I came in and although it was close to closing time the parts department went to Ronnie to see if I could have a new key made for my CRV. Although he was no longer doing this service & I would have to return tomorrow - seeing my face, despair, and emotional breakdown he made my key for my car and said he could tell I had a rough day and he needed to help me. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Not only did my service advisor know what she was doing, she did not apologize nir take responsibility for the mistake that she made. I was told that my car would be ready to pickup after she received payment from the warranty company. After 3 hours of not hearing back, I decided to go into the office to see what the problem was. Worst experience. We left because of how rude the 2 guys were that we were dealing with. Ended up going to honda mall of ga and driving off in a 2015 civic with a 100000 mile warranty and monthly payments below what we were hoping for. Yall lost a sale cause of the 2 rude guys working yesterday.
Looking to buy a new or used honda don't waste your time here they told me they would have to run my credit and see bank statements before I could see or test drive any cars!
I brought my car in for service today and was greeted by Mikel Vinson. He made me feel very comfortable with what was going on with my car and everything that needed to be done. He answered all my questions very thoroughly and knowledgably. I have been coming to Gwinnett Place Honda for all of my services and will continue to do so because of Mikel's wonderful customer service!
I had the Best experience purchasing a 2014 Honda Accord Sports at Gwinnett Place Honda. Joseph Shin ( NewCar Sales ) & Jeff Sutherland ( IT Manager )was so knowledgeable and helped me get the best price for this vehicle. He spent more time with me than any car salesperson has ever spent. He knew every detail of the car I was purchasing and made sure I knew all the ins and outs. I would definitely refer others to Gwinnett Place Honda and more specifically to Joseph Shin & Jeff Sutherland .

We bought 3 cars from this dealership and they treated me like I’m some dumb 17 year old with a Civic Si, when I went there to get my car serviced. Steven Shoemake & Jae Kim their service clerks made sure that I would never give them my business again.
