I only came in to test drive the 2016 Accord Touring Edition. I must say it was a beast! But aside from that, I had an overall great experience. I can't speak on the complete sales process because I only came in for a test drive. I do appreciate being treated like I was a buying customer. I worked with Mr London Matthews. I really like Gwinnett Place Honda. They've got the whole package here if Hondas are your thing. The buying process is convenient, the customer service is great, and just the overall Honda experience is the best i've seen in my limited 4 decades here on earth. You can also get some pretty great deals here which of course is a great plus. The techs are generally good, the sales people are quality and not pushy at all (the ones i've dealt with anyway, i recommend asking for Joseph Shin, Kay, or Tommy) and the managers are awes... read more
I recently had my car serviced here and I was so impressed. I took my car to a different dealer initially to have a recall done and they suggested several hundred dollars worth of brake work. I came to Gwinnett Place Honda the next day and they told me several of the other dealers suggestions would not need to be done for quite a while. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and my car is driving much better.
This was a great experience! My salesman Terry Mclain was very helpful and went the extra mile to get my deal done. I had my eye on a 2012 accord. I came back the next day and he said he is getting me into a 2014 accord ex with a lower interest rate!!!! Im very skeptical about car sales people but Terry made a believer!

We had wonderful experience purchasing our second Honda here at GPHonda. Dann Long was very helpful and wasn't pushy at all. We were deciding either getting a preowned or a brand new CR-V. At the end of the day we drove home with a brand new CR-V! It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

I had a few light scratches on the top of my roof and trunk so I came into Gwinnett Place Honda. I was greeted by Tom. My anxiety quickly went away as he insured me that everything will be fixed in no time. He kept his promise by finishing the service in less than 30 minutes and I was off to enjoy the rest of the day. I will come back here for any future problems I have with my car!
I purchased a Toyota from this dealership. great service. even after my purchase when I need an oil change they would drop me to work and pick me back up to get my vehicle. great customer service. Base on this experience so far I will stay with this dealership for my next purchase. I also have body work done and the shop did an awesome job. My car look new. no trace of a previous damage. great work :)
