Everyone is great at this location! All the service people are so friendly and had the pleasure of working with Kevin in the collision center for some recall work, as well. He was great to work with! Always a pleasure working with GP Honda!

Scheduled an appointment for 12:40 & they still haven't gotten to my car yet. Last time I was here they put incorrect information on my paperwork. Only reason I keep coming back is the coupons I get makes it cheaper than anywhere else.
Brandon and Michael are both awesome! Great customer service. Good prices and great follow up. I probably won't go anywhere else now!
I loved the fact that Trevin got right to my issue. They furnished me with a courtesy car and worked on my warranty repair in a timely manner. What I didn't like was having to pay money for something I felt was in relation to the warranty repair.

Charles Noh demonstrated exemplary customer service. He was knowledgeable, attentive and honest. This is the exact car buying experience I want every time I step onto a lot. This is a long and frustrating process but he maintained the same high service levels until the very end. Even when it was a 11:00 at night and, I'm sure that we were both tired and ready to go home, he never showed it.
