I want to say how much I appreciate the assistant Service Manager Jae Kim at Gwinnett Place Honda. We were having a problem and he took the time to research the problem and found a solution. He is outstanding in his field and he is the main reason we stay with this Honda. We also love our Piolet.

This place's services is bad not recommended for people. I come to get the oil change and have appointment already but still have to wait for over 2 hours that ridiculous!
They got my new rear bumper, painted it, installed it and cleaned the car in 28 hours! And it wasn't even a Honda.
Horrific service! I took my brand new 2015 CRV to have my first oil change but the service perform plus the attitude of the attendants is definitely makes me want to share with the entire FB community to go elsewhere if you are looking to service your vehicle. They even change me a tire rotation when I didn't even ask for one. Gwinnett place Honda said it was mandatory! Warning please stay away!!!
My dad purchased an Accord at GPH almost two years ago and we drove all the way from Marietta. He isn't the easiest customer to deal with but he found the specific car he wanted at a price that he liked and completed the sale in one day because the sales consultant found the exact car he was looking for. Also, recently he got his windows tinted at the service department because they had the best deal. If you won my father over, then you guys are awesome because he is a tough sale. Thanks GPH for your service! :)
We've been dealing work GPH since 2013, and we're totally satisfied so far with the service here. Regardless to where we live we come here to get our cars serviced.
