Very positive experience – could not be more pleased. Gwinnette Place Honda helped us out when our '05 Pilot died and we needed a new one fast for a cross-country trip. Came to this dealership with my fiancé and toddler daughter to look at the Honda Odyssey, and not a single salesperson on the lot showed any interest in speaking to us. One salesperson actually looked through the glass door of the main entrance, only to walk out the door aimlessly toward the lot and turn around to go back inside the dealership. Went to gwinnett place Honda today to fix the brakes. The breaks come out fixed, but along with the breaks there was a big fat scratch on the windshield. When the manager (Jay) was confronted about it, he totally denied any responsibility. We asked to see the security footage to prove that there was no scratch before hand, and we were told no very rudely. This is a very sad reflection of the dealership and of the Honda brand. I guess this is how they reward loyal customers huh?

This place always takes care of me. I had an issue with my door today that wasn't covered under warranty and they helped me so much. Friendly staff that remember you. When I bought the car I didn't feel pushed into anything and got a very nice used Civic.
The service I received in the service department at Gwinnett place Honda has been horrible and has lead to my 2008 Honda Accord with 60K miles on it needing a new motor. I originally came in while my car was still under warranty because it was burning oil. After fighting with multiple dealerships and calling up American Honda, and dealing with them, the decision was made to replace all four pistons and rings on my car (they were trying to tell me that a car burning 1 quart of oil every 1000 miles was normal!).
