I went there just for maintenance on my 2013 Honda. The experience was great and quick. It's very simple drive up somebody greats you and takes your car. It's great they call you every step of the they way. Highly recommend this dealership.
Service there is very personal. It starts with the service writers. Most recently with Trevin Hendricks. He is an outstanding ambassador representing Gwinnett Honda. Waiting area is comfortable, clean, has complimentary coffee and USA Today, along with wifi.
Good service and helpful service staff. Jeffrey Hawes in the Service Department was especially good and did an excellent job.
I love my Honda dealer! Everyone there greets you is always ready to help. They are super helpful and really nice.
