We took our 2014 Honda Crosstour in to Gwinnett Place Honda for routine maintenance on 12/15/16. We were promptly met by Ronnie Bishop who checked our maintenance history and took the car back to be serviced. The waiting facilities are very comfortable. There are clean rest rooms, free coffee, vending machines, TV, magazines, & free internet. For those with small children, there is a play room. We were sent a text when our car was ready. Great service department!
