Two things. Sales person lied about the car's features. I got home, a few days later the car stopped working. Horrible service, the financial manager basically accused me of lying. Telling me it was my fault the car broke when we woke up with a broken car.
I had one of the best sales person Aaron Hardy. He was extremely helpful in assisting me with the purchase of my car. What I thought was impossible, he made it very easy between himself and Chad was extremely helpful in every step of the way. I am extremely grateful to both persons they are truly two great assets to me. Thanks guys, you both rock! I truly recommend gwinnett place honda to anyone who needs a car.
I am so disappointed for the service here, that is not from the dealer who sold the new car for me but also the maintenance service. I have just bought a new Honda Accord 2017 in November 2016, after a month driving my car had problem with the tire. I have purchased 7 or 8 cars from Gwinnett Place Honda and every purchasing experience has been excellent. This purchasing experience was no different. Joseph Shin and Joseph Snover went beyond the expected in taking care of my needs in finding the right car for me. The entire process was completed in good time with total professionalism from everyone. I'm sure that in a few years I will be back!

Michael Torres was very professional, polite and friendly, and even though I arrived early before 2:00 pm for a 3:00 appointment (engine light On And need oil change ) my car was immediately worked on. I really appreciate the quick service and the waiting room was very spacious. I also liked that I was given a courtesy Multi-point inspection report on my car.
I bought my CR-V five years ago and have all my service done here.The service department is awesome!
Arrived without an appointment and a flat tire. Ended up needing 4 new tires. Brandon took care of everything within 2 hours!!! Everything was GREAT!!! Thanks Brandon!!!
