Gwinnett Place Honda customer service is excellent. The staff is always very friendly and outgoing. My sales person Clement was wonderful as so was Marquis the financial personnel. They both made sure I was satisfied with my car choice and made sure my payments was very manageable. The service guy Brandon was great and made sure I got my car not only service but recommended other services. I would recommend anyone looking for a reliable affordable car to go check out Gwinnett Place Honda. I can promise you will be satisfied.
I live in Marietta, but would rather head up to Duluth to service my car at this dealership. Very friendly staff overall and great service. Sometimes wait times can be a little too much, but I still feel it's worth the wait.

Gwinnett place Honda did major work to my Honda CRV and it runs fantastic and it looks like it's brand new! I have no complaints at all about them!!
I took my 2012 Odyssey to the dealer for and oil change. They told me upon arrival that my vehicle had two recalls and they would like to take care of them as well. I left the car and They estimated 1.5 hours and in about an hour and 10 minutes the car was done. They offered a free car wash as well. The price on the oil change was $40 less then three other places I received quotes from. Very impressed! Well done!
I took my Honda Fit in for a standard oil change and tire rotation last week, and Brandon in the Service Department was great. He was able to schedule me for an appointment with <30min heads up and got my oil changed and tires rotated in under an hour. They also identified a tire pressure sensor issue that could have left me stranded on the road with a flat tire and replaced that too. Happy with my first oil change there and will continue to make the 15mi drive to get oil changes!
