After having multiple conversations with the sales associate and sales manager, I drove 4 hours to Duluth, Georgia from Fort Stewart, Georgia. I was promised on the phone they would match the trade in allowance from another dealer and I emailed them the paperwork to verify we were all on the same page. Jayson, the sales associate did a good job and I have no complaints with his performance but Gwinnett Place Honda has seedy business practices and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE venture to this location.
