MDX service and recall I wish the dealership would automatically apply discounts that are currently available. I received coupons in the mail but didn’t have them at the time and they did not apply them even when I asked.

No follow up and unmindful Service associate was unmindful on the request I made when dropping off the car for service. Also on the follow up call a week out he still was still negligent on my request. I’m still waiting on a follow up from this associate.

Battery replacement My Acura ILX only has 24,000 miles and the battery went out on it without warning. It left me stranded. I took it to the dealer for a battery replacement. I spent almost 4 hours. The dealer service department fail to place the red plastic protector on the battery terminal. It was left in my cup holder. The radio code was not entered. I left without a workable radio. Terrible service

Service experience Great service experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Service plus recall completed timely. Great explanation of work performed. Comfortable waiting area. In and out with no problems!

Acura MDX A Spec Frank was a delight to work with. Very knowledgeable, caring and interested in our needs and wants. He went above and beyond my expectations of a sales rep. As a 20 year customer and owner of 2 other Acura’s, it’s wonderful to see service and dedication such as the work demonstrated by Frank

No problems Decent amenities at the dealer and communication during the wait were appreciated. Plan to return in the near future for other work. Thanks for the help

Service Department B 1 2 3 Service department is superb. Professional & courteous people who are very knowledgeable. The customer is treated as a guest. Always a pleasurable experience. Have purchased 4 cars from here.
