Service Gunn Acura repaired my car (screw in tire) on an emergency basis, for which I was grateful. Giancarlo was very friendly and took care of me as quickly as he could. It seemed to take longer than necessary (more than 30 minutes) to pay and leave after my car was brought up. Perhaps a service representative who was not as busy as Giancarlo could have helped me check out. Just a suggestion.

Excellent service I got excellent professionalism from service person. He explained everything clearly and updated the progress. He is courteous. Overall a pleasant experience. Gunn Acura is taking pictures of the car before taking to the service dock. This is good for both ( customers and Gunn). Also they are providing the explanation of the services provided in detail.

The guy lied and argued with me He lied and then argued with me like he was 5, terrible customer service. I have never had terrible service like that with any product ever. Got hooked up with another service person and things went as smooth as can be. Maybe retrain this guy, or get rid of him.

Oil change and multi-point check I'm usually pretty satisfied with the service I receive from the dealership. I have been helped by some really good service advisors. I will be using this service department in the future.

Amazing service I took vehicle in for an oil change and state inspection. While I was there they took care of other items vehicle needed to get serviced and while I thought I would be without a car for the day, they got it all done in a little over 3 hours! Amazing work!!
