High quality service from waiting room amenities to shuttle ride back and forth to my home. In addition, the warranty repairs seem to have solved the transmission problem.

Great experience!! I brought my TLX in for routine maintenance. I was promptly greeted by Garret, he explained the details and price of the service and had my car washed and back to me within an hour. Great experience!!

Love Gunn Acura and staff, great experience overall! 5 out of 5 stars go to my service rep Dale. He oversaw the maintenance, diagnostics and repair of my vehicle. He was kind and patient in our text communication throughout the day. What I thought would be a costly repair, ended up being a simple oil change and a clearing of my diagnostic codes. Oil Service took too long I rated the experience average because the oil change took longer and was told they had trouble finding my vehicle. I was very confused by that response. However, the service advisor was very pleasant and helpful. He tried his best and apologized repeatedly for the inconvenience.
