First class dealership and service Truly enjoyed the fixed price, no hassle approach to purchasing a vehicle. Graham Ryan was courteous, patient, instructive, and provided customer focused service. Standards Lacking Have noticed that the last few times we have been service has deteriorated. Takes much longer for simple service. Ask for car wash and inside clean - not noticeable at all. Dashboard still dusty, nothing CLEAN. On top of that my control panel has been set to stations I do not want and the screen changed every time I get into the car. I had it on CLOCK, now it is on travel,gas whatever. Try to change it back, set it, get in the next day....poof back to what whomever set it when working on the car. Just not t... read more
My car was towed from San Marcos to Gunn Acura after a flat tire...no spares on the new cars. The service center was closed, but called me the next morning to provide an update, estimated repair cost and time of completion. When ready, sent staffer to pick me up from home then to Gunn Acura to pick up my car. That is A rated service for me. Thanks and continue this level of service to your customers.

Easy to buy and trade. Excellent Service My wife and I bought a vehicle and traded in one. We had a great experience working with our sales consultant, Mike Juarez, he was easy to talk to, gave us a great deal, and made the whole process quick and easy. No courtesy car as promised Was told I’d have a courtesy car to do errands but when I arrived I was told they weren’t available. I was not happy to be told something then had to change plans last minute.
