Great customer service. Javier Lazono was extremely courteous. Offered me a courtesy shuttle when I told him I was going to walk to the shopping center a few blocks away and followed up to ensure all repairs were done to my satisfaction

I took my car in for an oil change and John Carlos was the person who assisted me. He was very professional and thorough in explaining what needed to be done. He also helped me with my car phone connection which I appreciate.

I was impressed by the service writer Garrett. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to my satisfaction. He also followed up on some additional work required and I was able to get back on the road in a short time. It was a good experience.
