Jack scheduled my service on the date and time that I requested on short notice. Brandon was my service manager who coordinated the service and arranged for pickup at my home the following day. This was very helpful as my wife is recovering from surgery. Service techs did a great job on my RDX.

This guy promised us free sirius XM but turned out to be false. He never called us back regarding the availability of license plate. We have to call the dealership to know that it has been there a month ago. I cant believe such irresponsibility from this guy. He also promised that the mdx software is automatic for updates. Turned out to be the opposite as well. The saying is true that salesman only loves you when they’re selling. There is no word of honor from this guy.
Great service from Carla at Gunn Acura in San Antonio. Offered options on service items and the service was completed on time. We had a small oil leak and it was attributed to a loose oil pan plug.

The gentleman that assisted me with my vehicle's service was extremely courteous and attentive. He explained the service my car needed and checked on me during my wait. He also listened to my questions and answered them.

Regular service for my Acura Gunn has done all the service on my Acura and usually does a good job. They typically want to up sell you a part or service but it’s always my choice. My only regular complaint is they dirty the interior with their work shoes. They have paper mat covers sitting in the service office!

Great dealership and employees. I am consistently treated with courtesy and professionalism at Gunn Acura and Carla's service was excellent. My car came out earlier than promised and it was spotless after the wash. Highest recommendation.
