Great service and the staff really show that they care about you and your vehicle. Giancarlo did great going over the work I had scheduled the appointment for and Javier did an excellent job explaining the items they'd found during the inspection that needed to be addressed. Wonderful experience all around! This is why I always bring my 2002, long-out-of-warranty MDX back to Gunn for service and will continue do do so.

Appreciate not receiving a hard sell on deferred maintenance. Accurate estimate. Great communication during the day to keep me informed. Quick and easy check in and check out.

All personnel were very helpful and continues to be.I highly recommend this dealership. I will consider buying my next vehicle from Gunn next time.

I brought my TLX into service for a routine scheduled maintenance check. I was greeted right away and treated professionally and warmly. I was informed of how long it would take and asked if I would like a ride somewhere or if I was going to wait. My vehicle was ready in a shorter period of time than expected. It was washed and vacuumed too. I always feel like a valued customer at Gunn Acura!!!
