Carla did a nice job of checking me in and keeping me informed of any changes or findings after they got my car into the shop. A loaner was provided because my car was a longer maintenance schedule than usual. Instead of having to wait they gave me a 2020 model of my vehicle and I kept it for a day and a half returning it after lunch. There were no surprises and it was all handled very professionally.

Great service during Coronavirus Pandemic Called service for an appointment to troubleshoot some complicated electronic issues as well as complete some routine maintenance tasks. Provided details on phone to Carla Aguinaga. When we arrived, Carla was available right away. She clearly had all the notes from our conversation two days earlier and processed our drop-off very efficiently.
