Oil change and car wash service was prompt and associate very courteous, waiting area always comfortable when I wait. Overall a great quick visit. Happy.

The overall experience was excellent. The total wait time was 45 minutes. I scheduled my service online. When my service advisor was reviewing what services were going to be performed, she mentioned a tire rotation. This was not on my initial request. This is the second time additional services were included that were not requested. I had to specifically state not to perform the tire rotation. System glitch or overzealous advisor?
They did a great job!!! Got me in and out quickly. Kept me informed throughout the process. I was very pleased with the service. I will be back!!! lol

I brought my Acura RDX in for an oil change and regular maintenance. Due to COVID-19, I was a bit nervous about this. But once I pulled in I could see that everyone was wearing a mask and could see the disinfectant bottles and paper towels outside. I could tell that my car was wiped down well inside once my car was maintenanced. Much appreciated!
