I have been coming to Gunn Acura since I purchased my TL 8 years ago and Brandon and his team in the service department are always very informative and honest with any questions or issues I might have about my vehicle. I’ve been a customer of Gunn Acura for 15+ years had both good and bad experiences on my 3 cars this time was oil change and factory warranty find their prices for repairs extremely high Carla was my service advisor this particular Day
To be honest I was not happy with our service manager. I had to follow up on my own, and remind him of a couple things I had mentioned. My wife and I are still not happy with the ride. I feel the smallest of bumps and the cabin is noisy. I wS happy with the sales side. The car was wasn’t that great either
Inspection was done. Good reception process and very polite and speedy service. Knowledgeable people and very accommodating. We also have a Gunn Honda and great experience there too
