Javier Lozano is amazing. He goes above and beyond to make sure I got taken care off. Everyone at the service department is very friendly. Service directive came out to greet me and my wife that really says something about the department. I will definitely will be going back

Check under the vehicle before driving it out Purchased a 2017 Honda Civic from Gunn Acura a few weeks back for my daughter. The reason we choose Gunn because of the advertisement on their used cars - 182 point check up on their Honda brand vehicles, warranty and so forth. Well, don't believe the hype, especially the 182 point check up. After a few days of driving the vehicle, we noticed a sound coming from under the car. Although my issue was not resolved, Dale went above and beyond to try to get it resolved! During test drive, we weren’t able to replicate the problem, so he did all he could do with the info I gave him! Of course, after we left the dealership, the problem continued and we had to deal with the issue for 2.5 days while on our way to visit family in MN and will have to deal with it all the way back to South Texas on the way home!

The work that Gunn Acura dealership does is excellent. Not overly cheap like most dealerships. But they are prompt, courteous, and were very nice about providing shuttle service for me back-and-forth.
