Everything worked as promised Gunn Acura service was expecting me. I was provided with a wonderful loaner car. I was kept updated with the progress of the repairs and my car as ready in a timely manner.. My car was delivered to me very quickly and also very clean.

Great Service Was seen right away, Giancarlo was very helpful and explained everything in detail me. They even washed my vehicle very well. Very reasonable price oil service, wouldn’t take my Acura anywhere else!

Nice waiting room It didn’t take long for me to speak with the service person. Chris Cotton-Express was professional and polite. He wasn’t pushy with the up-sell and I appreciated that. The waiting room was nice.

Fast and friendly Javier in the Service Dept is excellent. He put in the extra effort to get everything done on our RDX and worked to get it all done the same day. We purchased a service warranty with another dealer, and Javier took the time to call the warranty provider himself to ensure we maximized our investment. Thank you Javier.
