Positive experience overall Car was as described....love it! Took to long to get into finance for a cash transaction and car was not filled up with fuel when we were driving off. We specifically asked for paperwork to be ready upon arrival in order to be done and out quickly.

no Appointment My battery died and I show up The dealership without an appointment. I was quickly taken care of. No problem. It was replace because it was still under warranty. No only that but my car was near due an A1 service; so that was also done.

Excellent people and service We have been car shopping for a used vehicle now for two weeks with no luck finding the right car for the right price except with gunnacura. We were very luck to have Mike Juarez as our salesman and contact person for all of our question. We did purchase a used Acura RDX and very happy with our decision. Highly recommend this dealership. Routine work with some added re-work Went in for an oil change and wiper blade replacements. Because it was time for other service, also added an alignment and other 60000 mile maintenance. The following day, I noticed that the steering wheel was not aligned (this happened the last time my car was aligned there). I called on Monday, spoke to Garrett and brought the car in @10 am. Fast, simple, affordable. Brandon immediately walked up to my car as I drove up to the service area. He was quick a proficient with my information and walked me and my son to the waiting area. We went for an oil change and inspection, took less than an hour.
