Treated like a King Fast and Easy. Gunna Acura always has food and drinks in the waiting lounge and free WiFi, so I was able to get some work done. I had an appointment while I was waiting, when I told my service rep to call me when they were complete and that I was taking an Uber, he offer me a ride in their shuttle cars. They always have consistently amazing service.

Excellent technical support I received excellent service. Very friendly staff. They addressed all my problems within an hour. I highly recommend Acura.. I recommend to provide business cards to clients, so I would know the names.

Excellent From my arrival to my departure, my service advisor and the rest of the staff were all very accommodating and attentive to all my needs. My service advisor, Dale Thames, provided me with information on my car, updating me periodically on the status of the service. He provided me with information on suggested repairs needed in the future

Great Service! Javier was great as usual, appointment time was less than anticipated. I can tell a big difference in the alignment Too bad I’m on a diet those donuts really look good 😁I can tell a big difference in the alignment.

Quick and superior service! I had to get my vehicle serviced for an unusual fix. Javier in service was prompt and clear with my services. I arrived and Lynch loaner was ready he had my information prepared and imeddiately knew what my vehicle needed. He also let me know how long the service would be and kept in touch throughout the process. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was efficient. Overall superior experience!

Great experiences Did only one what I asked. Gave recommendations and wasnt pushy. Trust them recommending only jobs that are needed. Only Acura dealership I trust in San Antonio.
