Flat tire repair 4 stars because they provide excellent customer service but they were not very helpful in replacing the sealant of my tire repair kit that comes with the vehicle since it doesn't come with a spare tire. I had to research and call other car dealerships because the Acura service department did not have enough knowledge about this.

Routine maintenance Everyone in the Gunn Acura service department was outstanding. Brandon Saenz was the service manager that took care of me. They performed the required maintenance as discussed and informed me of other recommended maintenance items. I’m very pleased with the service I was provided.

Horrible business I purchased a Toyota Venza back in 2014. It was my first purchase from a dealer, and I was inexperienced. As you can imagine, they tried to sell me different products with the car including an extended warranty. To sell their product, they offer a 50% refund if you don't use the warranty, but they don't mention some important details.
